Terms and Conditions for “Kill My Crazy” Story Submissions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting your story to the “Kill My Crazy” podcast. By submitting your story (a “Submission”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
1. Who Can Submit
By submitting a story, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your place of residence) and that you have the legal right and authority to agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Your Submission and Ownership
You remain the owner of the original content you submit. However, by sending your story, audio recording, written message, image, or any related material to “Kill My Crazy,” you grant us the rights described in Section 3 below so we can use your Submission in the podcast and related projects.
3. Permission to Use Your Story and Likeness
By submitting a story, you grant “Kill My Crazy,” its hosts, producers, and partners a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, modify, combine with other content, publish, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, and otherwise exploit your Submission, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed.
This includes the right to use your likeness, such as your name (or screen name, if provided), voice, image, and any other identifying details you choose to share, as part of the podcast episodes, promotional materials, social media, websites, and other related media and projects.
You agree that this permission is granted without any requirement for additional notice, approval, or compensation to you, beyond any voluntary responses or communications we may provide.
4. No Obligation to Use Your Submission
We are not required to use, feature, or respond to any Submission. We may edit or decline to use a Submission for any reason, including length, clarity, relevance to the show, or legal and ethical considerations.
5. Accuracy and Rights to What You Submit
By submitting a story, you confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, the information you provide is truthful and based on your own experience or perspective, and that you have the right to share it. You also confirm that your Submission does not infringe the rights of any third party, including privacy, publicity, copyright, or other legal rights.
If your Submission includes other people, you are responsible for making sure they are comfortable with what you share, or that you have removed or changed details that would identify them.
6. Do Not Share Details You Are Not Comfortable Sharing
Only share what you are comfortable hearing repeated, discussed, and possibly replayed in public. Do not include highly confidential, sensitive, or identifying information if you would not want it to be heard on a podcast or displayed in related media.
This includes, for example, full legal names, home addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, workplace details, financial information, passwords, medical record numbers, or any other information that could reasonably be used to identify you or someone else, unless you are fully comfortable with that information being public.
7. Consent to Be Contacted
By submitting your story and providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you about your Submission. This may include clarifying details, requesting permission to use your name or voice in a certain way, or notifying you if your story will appear in an episode or related material. We will not sell your contact information to third parties.
8. No Payment or Additional Compensation
You understand and agree that you will not receive payment, royalties, or any other form of compensation for your Submission or for the use of your name, voice, image, or story in the podcast or related media. Your participation is entirely voluntary.
9. Not Legal, Medical, or Mental Health Advice
The “Kill My Crazy” podcast and any related content are for entertainment and general information only. Nothing shared on the podcast, on our website, in communications with you, or in any related media is intended to be or should be taken as legal, medical, psychological, or mental health advice.

10. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, “Kill My Crazy,” its hosts, producers, and partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your Submission or the use of your story, name, voice, image, or other information you choose to share.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date below. If you submit a story after changes are posted, that Submission will be governed by the updated terms.
